Although the address for the Center for Computational Learning Systems is 475 Riverside Drive, the entrance is actually one block east of Riverside Drive on Claremont Avenue, between 119th and 120th Streets, in the Interchurch Center. CCLS is in the Interchurch Center.
By Subway: Take the Broadway/IRT LOCAL Subway (#1) to the 116th Columbia University Station or by some other means, get to 116th Street and Broadway. Walk westward towards the Hudson River to Claremont Avenue. Make a right and walk north towards 120th Street and Claremont Avenue to the Interchurch Center.
By Bus (#4, #5, #11, or #104 bus):
Take #4 or #104 bus to Broadway and 120th Street, walk one block west to Claremont Avenue, turn left to the Interchurch Center between 119-120th Street on Claremont.
Take #5 bus to Riverside Drive and 120th Street and walk one block east to Claremont Avenue, turn right to the Interchurch Center between 119-120th Street on ClaremontBy Car: Drive to 120th Street between Claremont Avenue and Riverside Drive, park in The Riverside Church parking garage, then walk half a block to the Interchurch Center on Claremont Avenue between 120th and 119th Street.
By Taxi: If this is your first visit to New York City, look for yellow taxi cabs with a light on the roof (if light is off, the cab is occupied or not available.) Tell the cab to go to “Claremont Avenue, between 119th and 120th Streets to 870 Interchurch Center” and if necessary, explain that “Claremont Avenue is one block east of Riverside Drive.”
